At Title Nine we respect your choices about privacy and how your information is used. Accordingly, if you
would like to submit the requests listed
below, please email the addresses indicated or call the phone number listed. If you would like to learn more
about how we use your information,
please see our privacy notice at
www.titlenine.com/privacy. If you have questions
about
anything related to privacy (but do not wish to make a request), please email
privacy@titlenine.com.
Note: We share your information with select other companies in a way that may be interpreted as a “sale”
under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) or other state or federal legislation. Accordingly, you
may tell us not to sell your information by submitting your request as outlined below.
Do Not Sell My Information
If you would like us to discontinue the sale or constructive sale of your information, please email
DoNotSell@titlenine.com
and put your full name in the subject line. We will respond to your request within
ten days.
If an authorized agent will be making the request for you, please also provide the written evidence of
agency in your request.
Delete My Information
If you would like us to delete all of the information we have about you, please email
DeleteMe@titlenine.com
and put your full name in the subject line. Please note that if we delete your
information you will no longer be able to return
items as we will have no record of your transaction. If you would like to return items please contact
customer service at 800-342-4448 prior to making the
deletion request. Note that to verify your request we may email you back and request additional
information that enables us to verify your identity.
If an authorized agent will be making the request for you, please also provide the written evidence of
agency in your request.
Request For Information
If you would like to request that we disclose all of the categories of information we have about you,
please email

and put your full name in the subject line, and indicate what information you
would like us to disclose. Note that to verify
your request we are required to email you back and request additional information that enables us to
verify your identity.
